Knight of Pentacles for Cancer
The Nurturer
Cancer is a Water cardinal sign ruled by Moon, whose natural subject is home, roots, family, the private interior. Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Knight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly opposite Cancer, so this card describes the half of the situation Cancer habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Cancer is cardinal: it starts things, and this card is about finishing, so the pull will be to begin something new instead. Earth and Water feed each other, so this card's logic will feel natural here. Natural is not the same as correct. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
