A knight holding and inspecting a single pentacle. He rides a slow, enduring, heavy horse, to which his own aspect corresponds. Pentacles signify wealth and the knight card signifies a quest. Together this card signifies a quest for true wealth and prosperity.
You are on a mission towards long term wealth. This card tells us to be honorable and grounded in our quest for wealth. Continue setting actionable goals and following through on them. Romantically, do not be fooled by a get rich quick partner or love bombing, look instead for someone who puts in effort consistently and has their own passions and interests.
You are blocked on your long term mission-- perhaps you are stuck in a job that keeps you busy but doesn't refill your cup. Romantically your partners dreams are eclipsing your own dreams.

Knight of Pentacles for Pisces in Health and Energy
The Dreamer
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Knight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Pisces, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Pisces is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about health through a Pisces lens, the Knight of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a signal you can ignore, pain is something to numb or postpone until it screams, and admitting you're suffering feels like complaining or demanding too much. This has either kept you functional through crisis by numbing out completely, or meant that by the time you pay attention the problem has grown teeth. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Pisces blind spot in it is the moment they have to stop being useful and admit they're drowning.
In practice that can look like the appointment finally booked. Whatever form it takes, it arrives fast and without brakes.
