"Reliability isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A knight holding and inspecting a single pentacle. He rides a slow, enduring, heavy horse, to which his own aspect corresponds. Pentacles signify wealth and the knight card signifies a quest. Together this card signifies a quest for true wealth and prosperity.
You are on a mission towards long term wealth. This card tells us to be honorable and grounded in our quest for wealth. Continue setting actionable goals and following through on them. Romantically, do not be fooled by a get rich quick partner or love bombing, look instead for someone who puts in effort consistently and has their own passions and interests.
You are blocked on your long term mission-- perhaps you are stuck in a job that keeps you busy but doesn't refill your cup. Romantically your partners dreams are eclipsing your own dreams.

Knight of Pentacles for Libra in Health and Energy
The Harmonizer
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Knight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about health through a Libra lens, the Knight of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is something to accommodate everyone else's schedule around, a problem you will solve later when you have more time, and something that does not get to interrupt the peace you are keeping. This has either led to you postponing care until something breaks, or to you learning that taking care of yourself is not selfish and actually makes you steadier for the people you love. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like the appointment finally booked. Whatever form it takes, it arrives fast and without brakes.
