"Reliability isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A knight holding and inspecting a single pentacle. He rides a slow, enduring, heavy horse, to which his own aspect corresponds. Pentacles signify wealth and the knight card signifies a quest. Together this card signifies a quest for true wealth and prosperity.
You are on a mission towards long term wealth. This card tells us to be honorable and grounded in our quest for wealth. Continue setting actionable goals and following through on them. Romantically, do not be fooled by a get rich quick partner or love bombing, look instead for someone who puts in effort consistently and has their own passions and interests.
You are blocked on your long term mission-- perhaps you are stuck in a job that keeps you busy but doesn't refill your cup. Romantically your partners dreams are eclipsing your own dreams.

Knight of Pentacles for Taurus in Health and Energy
The Builder
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Knight of Pentacles sits in Taurus. That makes this Taurus's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Taurus already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about health through a Taurus lens, the Knight of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a machine that should work the same way it always has, something you notice only when it breaks, and not worth disrupting your routine for. This has either meant ignoring a small signal until it becomes a crisis, or building practices so steady that taking care of yourself feels like coming home. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Taurus blind spot in it is the feeling that the ground is shifting under something they thought was permanent.
In practice that can look like the appointment finally booked. Whatever form it takes, it arrives fast and without brakes.
