Wands are the fire suit, so the Knight of Wands sits in Aries. That makes this Aries's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Aries already believes it is good at: spend the energy on one thing today. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about health through an Aries lens, the Knight of Wands says that you feel like your body is a project to finish, a warning sign you can think past (or ignore), and something that only matters if it is slowing you down. This has either made you the person who outtrains their doubt and builds real resilience, or left you injured and surprised that your will could not override what was actually broken. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aries blind spot in it is the feeling that nothing you do makes any difference, that you are not the center of the story.
In practice that can look like moving your body again, or burning out and knowing it. Whatever form it takes, it arrives fast and without brakes.
