What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about health through a Libra lens, the Knight of Wands says that you feel like your body is something to accommodate everyone else's schedule around, a problem you will solve later when you have more time, and something that does not get to interrupt the peace you are keeping. This has either led to you postponing care until something breaks, or to you learning that taking care of yourself is not selfish and actually makes you steadier for the people you love.
