Page of Cupsfor Sagittarius · Money and Wealth

Cups are the water suit, so the Page of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer and Sagittarius are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Sagittarius already operates. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.

When reading about money through a Sagittarius lens, the Page of Cups says that you feel like money is the fuel for the next adventure, something you earn and spend in cycles, and less important than the freedom it temporarily buys. This has either let you stay flexible and take risks or has left you broke and restless and unable to imagine building something that lasts. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Sagittarius blind spot in it is the specific weight of a single commitment, the slowness of actually building something, the possibility that it might not be enough.

In practice that can look like a gift that complicates things. Whatever form it takes, it arrives as news, or as someone new and sincere.
