Cups are the water suit, so the Queen of Cups sits in Cancer. That makes this Cancer's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Cancer already believes it is good at: say the feeling to the person it is about. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about health through a Cancer lens, the Queen of Cups says that you feel like your body holds what you will not say out loud, rest feels like abandonment (or like you are letting people down), and you know something is wrong before any test confirms it.
