Queen of Cupsfor Pisces
"Emotional Intelligence isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The queen represents the highest form of feminine energy, love and nurturing and protectiveness. Highly tied to the emotions and water-- she's creative and intuitive and above all loving. She's also dreamy and tied to a more psychic power.
With all royal cards, the queen can be an actual person in your life who represents the highest forms of love and nurturing (romantically maybe it's a truly healthy attachment with whom you want to start a life/build a family; perhaps a bond to your own mother is strong or your mom will be a support in your next life phase). The queen can also be an embodiment of your own strong emotions (maybe you are having a baby, or parenting in some way).
The reversed queen of cups means someone is using their control of your emotions to trick you or feed their own ego. Put a little space between you and the person in your life who uses your love of them to feel good about themselves.

Queen of Cups for Pisces
The Dreamer
Pisces is a Water mutable sign ruled by Jupiter, whose natural subject is the unconscious, dissolution, retreat, what is hidden from the self. Cups are the water suit, so the Queen of Cups sits in Pisces. That makes this Pisces's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Pisces already believes it is good at: say the feeling to the person it is about. Pisces is mutable: it adapts, and this card is about completion, which asks the one thing mutable signs resist, which is settling on a final form. Water meeting its own element is amplification, which raises the sign's strengths and its usual failure by the same amount. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
