Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Seven of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly beside Aquarius, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
When reading about work through an Aquarius lens, the Seven of Pentacles says that you feel like work is where you prove the system wrong, a problem you solve from thirty thousand feet, and something you will leave the second it stops being interesting. This has either led to you building something no one else could see, or to leaving before anyone could build it with you.
