"The answer is not more. The answer is balance."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
An angel pouring overflowing glimmering liquid from cup to cup. Temperance speaks of balance, but more of a divine balance. Trust in your spirit guides for wisdom and commune with that which you don't understand
You have found balance in the middle of this chaotic world, a very rare moment indeed. Do not seek to add or remove too much from your life right now. Just channel the messages from the divine and enjoy being in harmony with the world around you
Your world is chaotic, and some of that might be due to your own inability to find balance. Sometimes less is more, consider dropping a few of the balls you are juggling (especially the ones that always seem to roll away the furthest).

Temperance for Libra in Work and Career
The Harmonizer
Jupiter sits outside Libra's usual Venus register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about work through a Libra lens, the Temperance says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you. This has either led to you becoming the person everyone relies on and never quite gets to rely on in return, or to you quietly building something on your own terms while everyone else thought you were still deciding. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
