"Harmony isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A true harmonous card; the deeper sense of fulfillment that comes from emotional wellbeing. Your family is aligned, your relationships are balanced, and your journey has led to prosperity.
Things are good-- the ups and downs of life are present but you can handle them with ease and love and the help of the family you've built for yourself. Romantically your focus should be finding and loving people who feel nurturing and secure. Nest, create memories, find joy in the moment. If there's someone important in your life (a parent, sibling, friend) that you feel distanced from, a chance for reconciliation might be near.
There's dysfunction blocking you from true emotional fulfillment. Perhaps a conflict with a parent or partner (someone that was supposed to make you feel at home) that seems unresolvable or emotionally painful. Ten of Cups for Cancer in Work and Career
The Nurturer
Cups are the water suit, so the Ten of Cups sits in Cancer. That makes this Cancer's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Cancer already believes it is good at: say the feeling to the person it is about. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about work through a Cancer lens, the Ten of Cups says that you feel like work is where you prove you are worth keeping around, a place where showing up matters (or where being essential protects you from being let go), and something that should eventually feel like belonging. This has either made you stay in jobs that do not pay you what you are worth, or helped you find a workplace that actually treats you like family. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Cancer blind spot in it is being seen as a burden, or as someone whose needs are too much.
In practice that can look like a colleague who becomes a real friend. Whatever form it takes, it is completing, possibly past the point it was useful.
