Ten of Cups tarot card

"Harmony isn't the question. What you do next is."

Six quick picks first, then your reading

On the card

A true harmonous card; the deeper sense of fulfillment that comes from emotional wellbeing. Your family is aligned, your relationships are balanced, and your journey has led to prosperity.

Upright
HarmonyFamilyEmotional FulfillmentHappiness

Things are good-- the ups and downs of life are present but you can handle them with ease and love and the help of the family you've built for yourself. Romantically your focus should be finding and loving people who feel nurturing and secure. Nest, create memories, find joy in the moment. If there's someone important in your life (a parent, sibling, friend) that you feel distanced from, a chance for reconciliation might be near.

Reversed

There's dysfunction blocking you from true emotional fulfillment. Perhaps a conflict with a parent or partner (someone that was supposed to make you feel at home) that seems unresolvable or emotionally painful. The reversed ten of cups lets us know that an opportunity to reconcile is coming up, but make sure to make a plan to care for yourself emotionally before jumping in head first on repairing

Ten of Cups for Libra in Work and Career

The Harmonizer

Cups are the water suit, so the Ten of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: say the feeling to the person it is about. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.

When reading about work through a Libra lens, the Ten of Cups says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you. This has either led to you becoming the person everyone relies on and never quite gets to rely on in return, or to you quietly building something on your own terms while everyone else thought you were still deciding. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.

In practice that can look like a colleague who becomes a real friend. Whatever form it takes, it is completing, possibly past the point it was useful.
