The Nurturer
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Ten of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly opposite Cancer, so this card describes the half of the situation Cancer habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about what comes next through a Cancer lens, the Ten of Pentacles says that you feel like the future is a home you are building in your mind, it should feel like a place you belong (or like a place that wants you), and you are afraid it will not come. This has either kept you planning endlessly without moving, or given you the patience to build something real. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Cancer blind spot in it is being seen as a burden, or as someone whose needs are too much.
