Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Ten of Pentacles sits in Virgo. That makes this Virgo's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Virgo already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about money through a Virgo lens, the Ten of Pentacles says that you feel like money is something you track precisely, a source of quiet anxiety (or control), and something you save rather than spend because you're not sure what it's for yet.
