Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Ten of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about money through a Libra lens, the Ten of Pentacles says that you feel like money is something to split evenly so no one feels short, a way to keep yourself in good standing with people you care about, and something too uncomfortable to discuss directly so you hint and hope.
