Six quick picks first, then your reading
A chariot carries an egyptian across the desert. The chariot is the vehicle that helps us move swiftly into action, we guide the chariot but it takes us on the journey as it sees fit.
Things are moving forward (with or without your input), to guide yourself you need decisive movements and high focus. You must be sure of your footing or the fast movement will unbalance you
You are overwhelmed by the world unfolding around you-- without clear direction you are speeding in an unknown direction

The Chariot for Libra in Money and Wealth
The Harmonizer
Mars against Venus-ruled Libra is the harder planet arriving in the softer register. It will feel like being asked to do without something Libra normally uses to smooth things over. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about money through a Libra lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like money is something to split evenly so no one feels short, a way to keep yourself in good standing with people you care about, and something too uncomfortable to discuss directly so you hint and hope. This has either led you to give away more than you can afford and resent it quietly, or to finally name a price and discover that the people worth keeping will actually pay it. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a change in circumstance rather than an amount, or what money is for shifting. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
