"Willpower without direction is just exhaustion."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A chariot carries an egyptian across the desert. The chariot is the vehicle that helps us move swiftly into action, we guide the chariot but it takes us on the journey as it sees fit.
Things are moving forward (with or without your input), to guide yourself you need decisive movements and high focus. You must be sure of your footing or the fast movement will unbalance you
You are overwhelmed by the world unfolding around you-- without clear direction you are speeding in an unknown direction

The Chariot for Libra in Self and Identity
The Harmonizer
Mars against Venus-ruled Libra is the harder planet arriving in the softer register. It will feel like being asked to do without something Libra normally uses to smooth things over. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about yourself through a Libra lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like you are a collection of versions that other people have seen in you, a thing that must stay balanced or it will tip into being unlikeable, and something you do not fully trust without external confirmation. This has either kept you from knowing what you actually like, or forced you to become very clear about who you are precisely by refusing to be a mirror anymore. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like something you cannot un-see about yourself, or a season ending. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
