Six quick picks first, then your reading
A chariot carries an egyptian across the desert. The chariot is the vehicle that helps us move swiftly into action, we guide the chariot but it takes us on the journey as it sees fit.
Things are moving forward (with or without your input), to guide yourself you need decisive movements and high focus. You must be sure of your footing or the fast movement will unbalance you
You are overwhelmed by the world unfolding around you-- without clear direction you are speeding in an unknown direction

The Chariot for Libra in Work and Career
The Harmonizer
Mars against Venus-ruled Libra is the harder planet arriving in the softer register. It will feel like being asked to do without something Libra normally uses to smooth things over. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about work through a Libra lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you. This has either led to you becoming the person everyone relies on and never quite gets to rely on in return, or to you quietly building something on your own terms while everyone else thought you were still deciding. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
