Venus sits outside Gemini's usual Mercury register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about money through a Gemini lens, the Empress card says that you feel like money is a system to understand and optimize, something you can talk through and plan, and a thing that moves too fast to catch (or that you catch too late). This has either created real financial literacy and strategic flexibility or a pattern of knowing exactly what to do and doing something else entirely.
