Moon is a luminary and Gemini runs on Mercury, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about health through a Gemini lens, the High Priestess card says that you feel like your body is a problem to research, something you understand in theory better than practice, and a thing you will address once you find the perfect plan (or once you finally stop waiting). This has either made you knowledgeable and eventually proactive or left you reading about the symptom for months instead of calling the doctor. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Gemini blind spot in it is stillness, silence, the moment when talking stops and you have to feel what you actually feel, the weight of having chosen one thing and not the other.
