Venus sits outside Pisces's usual Neptune register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about health through a Pisces lens, the Lovers card says that you feel like your body is a signal you can ignore, pain is something to numb or postpone until it screams, and admitting you're suffering feels like complaining or demanding too much.
