Venus sits outside Scorpio's usual Pluto register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about health through a Scorpio lens, the Lovers card says that you feel like your body is something you ignore until the problem is undeniable, a machine you are behind on maintaining (or refuse to examine closely), and a frontier you do not trust yourself to explore.
