Two figures stand in a garden of eden unsinned but with a guiding angel and a snake beneath their feet. The lovers are about finding balance in feminine and masculine energy, in heaven and hell, in temptation and abstaining.

The Lovers for Scorpio in Money and Wealth
The Transformer
Venus sits outside Scorpio's usual Pluto register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about money through a Scorpio lens, the Lovers card says that you feel like money is your only guarantee of privacy, a problem to solve (or avoid), and something that must be accumulated before you can breathe. This has either led to you building a quiet security that no one can touch, or to you spending on the people you fiercely love because safety feels like a lie anyway. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Scorpio blind spot in it is the feeling of being fooled, or of being seen as naive, or of depending on someone who will leave.
In practice that can look like a change in circumstance rather than an amount, or what money is for shifting. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
