Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Three of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn and Leo are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Leo already operates. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
