Three of Pentaclesfor Leo · Money and Wealth
"Teamwork isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Three figures at work, collaborating to make a great work together. Pentacles represents wealth and the three card represents collaboration. A card about creating a long lasting legacy with others. This card is often associated with the nobility and high class works of artistry
You are working on something truly outstanding with great people. Romantically maybe a new friend is leading you to meet cool new people or you found a new hobby that you are excelling at. Lean into the newness (even if you are intimidated); it will pay off in the end.
You're blocked by a lack of confidence in your own skills. Perhaps your skills have not matched your expectations OR your own brain is getting in your way. Set aside some time to listen to yourself and try to be honest: are you really not at the level you want OR is your own anxiety getting in your way. Breathe into either, neither are a failure on your part.

Three of Pentacles for Leo in Money and Wealth
The Creator
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Three of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn and Leo are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Leo already operates. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
When reading about money through a Leo lens, the Three of Pentacles says that you feel like money is for the life that photographs well, for gifts that make an impact (or create a memory), and for belonging in rooms where you are not sure you fit. This has either created generosity that actually changes people's lives, or left you spending to prove something that money cannot actually prove. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Leo blind spot in it is being ordinary, being forgotten, being the one no one thought to invite, being seen doing something mediocre.
In practice that can look like a rainy day fund finally getting built, or a windfall. Whatever form it takes, it is about to become visible to other people.
