"Partnership isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Cups represent emotions, love, and feelings. The two of cups is about a connection that already feels steady, coming into a new age of emotional connection and balance.
The feelings are mutual, you are on the same page and you are making prolonged eye contact. In love and romance this is a steamy card about connecting with another person on a deep level, but it can be a partnership outside of the romantic
Something is off balance in a key relationship. Some ruptures can be healed, but pay attention as this card is a sign that a breakup or ending might be what's needed in the long term.

Two of Cups for Leo in Money and Wealth
The Creator
Cups are the water suit, so the Two of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer sits directly beside Leo, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, the second thing has actually arrived and the negotiation between them is live.
When reading about money through a Leo lens, the Two of Cups says that you feel like money is for the life that photographs well, for gifts that make an impact (or create a memory), and for belonging in rooms where you are not sure you fit. This has either created generosity that actually changes people's lives, or left you spending to prove something that money cannot actually prove. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Leo blind spot in it is being ordinary, being forgotten, being the one no one thought to invite, being seen doing something mediocre.
In practice that can look like spending on someone you love. Whatever form it takes, it is becoming a two person situation.
