What it asks for is the thing Leo already believes it is good at: spend the energy on one thing today. Upright, the second thing has actually arrived and the negotiation between them is live.
When reading about yourself through a Leo lens, the Two of Wands says that you feel like your image is the thing you are always refining, something that could always be more impressive (or more real), and the constant distance between who you are and who you appear.
