Six quick picks first, then your reading
A tumultuous card-- lots of spilled cups and a lack of connection. This card signifies struggle and loss.
A major setback has occurred. Grieve for what you lost (maybe a relationship, a part of yourself, or a loved one). It's okay to be sad-- this card calls us to honor that sadness. It was a big deal and it's okay that you're hurting. Give yourself time to heal.
In a dark time, you found a path through to the light. Slowly you found yourself again and that inner strength is like a candle in the dark. You can navigate this situation.

Five of Cups for Capricorn in Money and Wealth
The Architect
Cups are the water suit, so the Five of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer sits directly opposite Capricorn, so this card describes the half of the situation Capricorn habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, the loss is happening rather than being feared, which is the harder and simpler thing.
When reading about money through a Capricorn lens, the Five of Cups says that you feel like money is security against a specific catastrophe you cannot quite name, something you accumulate in silence, and never quite enough no matter what you earn. This has either built genuine financial stability and the power that comes with it or created a scarcity mindset that no paycheck can quiet. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Capricorn blind spot in it is being useless, being a burden, being the person who could not hold it together.
In practice that can look like a gift that complicates things. Whatever form it takes, it is breaking, and the loss in it is real.
