"Loss isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A tumultuous card-- lots of spilled cups and a lack of connection. This card signifies struggle and loss.
A major setback has occurred. Grieve for what you lost (maybe a relationship, a part of yourself, or a loved one). It's okay to be sad-- this card calls us to honor that sadness. It was a big deal and it's okay that you're hurting. Give yourself time to heal.
In a dark time, you found a path through to the light. Slowly you found yourself again and that inner strength is like a candle in the dark. You can navigate this situation.

Five of Cups for Libra in Money and Wealth
The Harmonizer
Cups are the water suit, so the Five of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: say the feeling to the person it is about. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, the loss is happening rather than being feared, which is the harder and simpler thing.
When reading about money through a Libra lens, the Five of Cups says that you feel like money is something to split evenly so no one feels short, a way to keep yourself in good standing with people you care about, and something too uncomfortable to discuss directly so you hint and hope. This has either led you to give away more than you can afford and resent it quietly, or to finally name a price and discover that the people worth keeping will actually pay it. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a gift that complicates things. Whatever form it takes, it is breaking, and the loss in it is real.
