Six quick picks first, then your reading
A judge holds a sword in one hand and a scales of justice in the other. Balance will be restored one way or another. This card represents finding the truth and bringing it to light. The truth in this card is more objective and less subjective.
You are being challenged by a situation, but through honesty and directness you will prevail (in the end). Hold the moral high ground and maintain your own self respect when you are being tried.
You are off balance in some way, either through an extremely unfair situation or because you have refused to speak up when you knew something was wrong. If it's safe to do so, speak your mind and do right by those around you.

Justice for Capricorn in Work and Career
The Architect
Venus against Saturn-ruled Capricorn is relief showing up somewhere Capricorn had already accepted the difficulty. The suspicion of easy things is part of the pattern here. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about work through a Capricorn lens, the Justice says that you feel like work is where you prove you are worth keeping around, a problem you solve by solving more problems, and the only place that keeps score in a way you trust. This has either led to building something real and durable that outlasts you or to becoming so necessary that leaving would feel like abandonment. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Capricorn blind spot in it is being useless, being a burden, being the person who could not hold it together.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
