"You know what's fair. Now act like it."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A judge holds a sword in one hand and a scales of justice in the other. Balance will be restored one way or another. This card represents finding the truth and bringing it to light. The truth in this card is more objective and less subjective.
You are being challenged by a situation, but through honesty and directness you will prevail (in the end). Hold the moral high ground and maintain your own self respect when you are being tried.
You are off balance in some way, either through an extremely unfair situation or because you have refused to speak up when you knew something was wrong. If it's safe to do so, speak your mind and do right by those around you.

Justice for Aries in Work and Career
The Initiator
Venus against Mars-ruled Aries is relief showing up somewhere Aries had already accepted the difficulty. The suspicion of easy things is part of the pattern here. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about work through an Aries lens, the Justice says that you feel like work is the place you prove you are not wasting time, a problem to solve fast (or escape), and something that only matters if you can see the finish line tomorrow. This has either led to building something from nothing in record time or to leaving behind half-finished things because the sprint ended and the marathon scared you. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Aries blind spot in it is the feeling that nothing you do makes any difference, that you are not the center of the story.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
