"You know what's fair. Now act like it."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A judge holds a sword in one hand and a scales of justice in the other. Balance will be restored one way or another. This card represents finding the truth and bringing it to light. The truth in this card is more objective and less subjective.
You are being challenged by a situation, but through honesty and directness you will prevail (in the end). Hold the moral high ground and maintain your own self respect when you are being tried.
You are off balance in some way, either through an extremely unfair situation or because you have refused to speak up when you knew something was wrong. If it's safe to do so, speak your mind and do right by those around you.

Justice for Cancer in Work and Career
The Nurturer
Venus sits outside Cancer's usual Moon register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about work through a Cancer lens, the Justice says that you feel like work is where you prove you are worth keeping around, a place where showing up matters (or where being essential protects you from being let go), and something that should eventually feel like belonging. This has either made you stay in jobs that do not pay you what you are worth, or helped you find a workplace that actually treats you like family. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Cancer blind spot in it is being seen as a burden, or as someone whose needs are too much.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
