"You know what's fair. Now act like it."

Six quick picks first, then your reading

On the card

A judge holds a sword in one hand and a scales of justice in the other. Balance will be restored one way or another. This card represents finding the truth and bringing it to light. The truth in this card is more objective and less subjective.

Upright
FairnessTruthBalanceAccountability

You are being challenged by a situation, but through honesty and directness you will prevail (in the end). Hold the moral high ground and maintain your own self respect when you are being tried.

Reversed

You are off balance in some way, either through an extremely unfair situation or because you have refused to speak up when you knew something was wrong. If it's safe to do so, speak your mind and do right by those around you.

Major ArcanaCard 11
One of the 22 Major Arcana. They point to the large themes and turning points in a life, not the day to day. When one comes up, the reading is about something bigger than this week.
StageThe turn inward
After the Fool, the Major Arcana run in three stages of seven: the outer world (1 to 7), the turn inward (8 to 14) and the return (15 to 21). This one is in the turn inward: the point where the tools that worked outside stop working.

Justice for Taurus in Work and Career

The Builder

Venus rules Taurus, so this card is not describing an outside force. It is describing Taurus to itself, which is why there is no distance in it. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.

When reading about work through a Taurus lens, the Justice says that you feel like work is where you prove your value stays constant, a place you have learned completely, and something you protect from disruption. This has either led to becoming irreplaceable in a role that stopped teaching you anything, or to moving deliberately into new work and building mastery there from the ground up. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Taurus blind spot in it is the feeling that the ground is shifting under something they thought was permanent.

In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
