Pentacles are the earth suit, so the King of Pentacles sits in Virgo. That makes this Virgo's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Virgo already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, this is the element used out in the world, at the cost of still feeling it.
When reading about work through a Virgo lens, the King of Pentacles says that you feel like work is the place you prove you belong, something that has to be done correctly or not at all, and a way to disappear into usefulness (or into the work itself). This has either led to you being the person things fall apart without, or to your burnout becoming a kind of quiet protest.
