Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Queen of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Aries, so the card asks for the move Aries is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about money through an Aries lens, the Queen of Pentacles says that you feel like money is the thing you need to move forward, a problem to solve immediately (or spend away), and something that only matters if it is stopping you from doing the next thing. This has either made you resourceful enough to start with nothing and build fast, or left you broke from betting on yourself before you were ready.
