Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Queen of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Aries, so the card asks for the move Aries is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about work through an Aries lens, the Queen of Pentacles says that you feel like work is the place you prove you are not wasting time, a problem to solve fast (or escape), and something that only matters if you can see the finish line tomorrow. This has either led to building something from nothing in record time or to leaving behind half-finished things because the sprint ended and the marathon scared you.
