Cups are the water suit, so the Seven of Cups sits in Pisces. That makes this Pisces's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Pisces already believes it is good at: say the feeling to the person it is about. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
When reading about health through a Pisces lens, the Seven of Cups says that you feel like your body is a signal you can ignore, pain is something to numb or postpone until it screams, and admitting you're suffering feels like complaining or demanding too much.
