Cups are the water suit, so the Seven of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer sits directly opposite Capricorn, so this card describes the half of the situation Capricorn habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
When reading about health through a Capricorn lens, the Seven of Cups says that you feel like your body is a tool for getting things done, something to ignore until it stops working, and less important than the deadline or the person depending on you.
