Cups are the water suit, so the Seven of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer squares Aries, so the card asks for the move Aries is least fluent in: say the feeling to the person it is about. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
When reading about health through an Aries lens, the Seven of Cups says that you feel like your body is a project to finish, a warning sign you can think past (or ignore), and something that only matters if it is slowing you down. This has either made you the person who outtrains their doubt and builds real resilience, or left you injured and surprised that your will could not override what was actually broken.
