Seven of Pentaclesfor Leo
"Patience isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A young man, leaning on his staff, looks intently at seven pentacles attached to a clump of greenery on his right; one would say that these were his treasures and that his heart was there. Pentacles represent wealth and the seven card represents agency and mysticism. Together this card means tending to your own wealth and taking true agency over your own fortunes.
This card signifies a time of hard work, you are working towards your own goals and are laser focused on that. Building something great takes time and hard work. In a romantic sense it might mean that you should continue to get to know the person you are dating and put effort into the relationship. If you are single it might mean to focus on your own goals before dating someone new.
You have been overly generous with your money or time. It has put a hard strain on your life and relationships. It could mean you are procrastinating (giving too much time to things that aren't as important). Know your own goals and move toward them at a steady pace.

Seven of Pentacles for Leo
The Creator
Leo is a Fire fixed sign ruled by Sun, whose natural subject is creativity, romance, play, being seen doing the thing. Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Seven of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn and Leo are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Leo already operates. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Leo is fixed: it holds on, and this card sits in the sustained middle, which is the one stretch fixed signs are actually built for. The card and the sign pull in different directions, and the friction is the information. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
