Strength for Libra
The Harmonizer
Libra is an Air cardinal sign ruled by Venus, whose natural subject is partnership, contracts, the other person, open enemies. Sun is a luminary and Libra runs on Venus, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Libra is cardinal: it starts things, and this card is in the middle, which is the part cardinal signs are worst at staying for. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
