Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Ten of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about work through a Libra lens, the Ten of Pentacles says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you.
