Major ArcanaCard 7
One of the 22 Major Arcana. They point to the large themes and turning points in a life, not the day to day. When one comes up, the reading is about something bigger than this week.
StageThe outer world
After the Fool, the Major Arcana run in three stages of seven: the outer world (1 to 7), the turn inward (8 to 14) and the return (15 to 21). This one is in the outer world: building a workable self out of will, learning and structure.

The Chariot for Sagittarius in Self and Identity

The Seeker

Mars against Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius is the harder planet arriving in the softer register. It will feel like being asked to do without something Sagittarius normally uses to smooth things over. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.

When reading about yourself through a Sagittarius lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like you are someone who figures things out and moves forward, a person who does not get stuck, and someone who has to keep moving or the sadness catches up. This has either made you resourceful and adaptable or has left you running from yourself in a thousand different cities. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Sagittarius blind spot in it is the specific weight of a single commitment, the slowness of actually building something, the possibility that it might not be enough.

In practice that can look like something you cannot un-see about yourself, or a season ending. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
