Mars sits outside Leo's usual Sun register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about yourself through a Leo lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like your image is the thing you are always refining, something that could always be more impressive (or more real), and the constant distance between who you are and who you appear. This has either built genuine self-awareness through the practice of refinement, or left you exhausted from maintaining two different people. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Leo blind spot in it is being ordinary, being forgotten, being the one no one thought to invite, being seen doing something mediocre.
In practice that can look like something you cannot un-see about yourself, or a season ending. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
Things are moving forward (with or without your input), to guide yourself you need decisive movements and high focus. You must be sure of your footing or the fast movement will unbalance you.
You are overwhelmed by the world unfolding around you — without clear direction you are speeding in an unknown direction.
You pushed through something by sheer will, and it worked — mostly. The Chariot in the past points to a period of forward motion where you held the reins tight and got somewhere. The momentum you built is still carrying, which is both the gift and the thing to watch.
Things are moving quickly, and you're either steering or being steered. The Chariot in the present asks you to plant your feet and pick a direction on purpose. Speed without focus becomes a skid; decide where you're going and let the pace serve that, not the other way around.
