Mars sits outside Virgo's usual Mercury register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about yourself through a Virgo lens, the Chariot card says that you feel like you are a collection of things that could be better, something you monitor constantly (or avoid looking at entirely), and a project that will never be finished. This has either led to genuine self-knowledge and the ability to catch yourself, or to a running list of failures you've memorized.
