Venus sits outside Sagittarius's usual Jupiter register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about money through a Sagittarius lens, the Lovers card says that you feel like money is the fuel for the next adventure, something you earn and spend in cycles, and less important than the freedom it temporarily buys.
