Some early depictions of this card showed him as a juggler balancing the many things in life. However, the magician here is perhaps invoking Merlin more than a juggler. The infinity symbol above his head has been used in mathematics since the 17th century, but the symbol is often referencing the ouroboros (a snake eating it's own tail) or the inner magical knowledge

The Seeker
Mercury against Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius puts the whole thing into words, which is either the relief or the trap depending on whether Sagittarius then acts on them. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about yourself through a Sagittarius lens, the Magician card says that you feel like you are someone who figures things out and moves forward, a person who does not get stuck, and someone who has to keep moving or the sadness catches up. This has either made you resourceful and adaptable or has left you running from yourself in a thousand different cities. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Sagittarius blind spot in it is the specific weight of a single commitment, the slowness of actually building something, the possibility that it might not be enough.
In practice that can look like something you cannot un-see about yourself, or a season ending. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
