Six quick picks first, then your reading
The Magician stands at a table perpetually in balance with all four elements and surrounded by nature. While peaceful and at one with their world, they are also creating magic, creating something out of nothing. Their insight acts as a conduit: they bridge the gap between yourself and the divine creative.
Look closer.
By nurturing connection and giving space for balance you find a creative spark within yourself. Follow this spark intuitively and continue to do things that help it grow
You are blocked by an imbalance or disconnect. Pause and reconnect with the natural world and your own inner voice. Some things are not meant for us and that deep truth will reveal itself with time
Some early depictions of this card showed him as a juggler balancing the many things in life. However, the magician here is perhaps invoking Merlin more than a juggler. The infinity symbol above his head has been used in mathematics since the 17th century, but the symbol is often referencing the ouroboros (a snake eating it's own tail) or the inner magical knowledge

The Magician for Gemini in Self and Identity
The Communicator
Mercury rules Gemini, so this card is not describing an outside force. It is describing Gemini to itself, which is why there is no distance in it. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about yourself through a Gemini lens, the Magician card says that you feel like you are a collection of different selves depending on who is listening, something you can understand if you just find the right framework, and a project that requires constant revision (or finally some rest). This has either made you genuinely adaptable and impossible to pin down in good ways or left you fragmented, unsure which version is the real one. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Gemini blind spot in it is stillness, silence, the moment when talking stops and you have to feel what you actually feel, the weight of having chosen one thing and not the other.
In practice that can look like something you cannot un-see about yourself, or a season ending. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
