Six quick picks first, then your reading
The Magician stands at a table perpetually in balance with all four elements and surrounded by nature. While peaceful and at one with their world, they are also creating magic, creating something out of nothing. Their insight acts as a conduit: they bridge the gap between yourself and the divine creative.
Look closer.
By nurturing connection and giving space for balance you find a creative spark within yourself. Follow this spark intuitively and continue to do things that help it grow
You are blocked by an imbalance or disconnect. Pause and reconnect with the natural world and your own inner voice. Some things are not meant for us and that deep truth will reveal itself with time
Some early depictions of this card showed him as a juggler balancing the many things in life. However, the magician here is perhaps invoking Merlin more than a juggler. The infinity symbol above his head has been used in mathematics since the 17th century, but the symbol is often referencing the ouroboros (a snake eating it's own tail) or the inner magical knowledge

The Magician for Virgo in Self and Identity
The Analyst
Mercury rules Virgo, so this card is not describing an outside force. It is describing Virgo to itself, which is why there is no distance in it. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about yourself through a Virgo lens, the Magician card says that you feel like you are a collection of things that could be better, something you monitor constantly (or avoid looking at entirely), and a project that will never be finished. This has either led to genuine self-knowledge and the ability to catch yourself, or to a running list of failures you've memorized. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Virgo blind spot in it is the feeling of being useless, or of having wasted time on something that didn't hold up.
In practice that can look like something you cannot un-see about yourself, or a season ending. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
